About Circuit Manager

Rev D.E Thusi

He values people who take the time to understand his personal goals and values. In his own work, he can become intent upon doing things his own way in order to ensure his high standards of operating are met. He displays fierce loyalty to and for people who report to him.

His work has to contribute to things that matter to him, and he tends toward perfectionism only when he cares deeply enough. In everyday activities, he is tolerant, open-minded, flexible and adaptable, enjoying the present moment. He is warm and gracious and believes in a philosophy of “Live and let live” he will go to great lengths in order to fulfil his sense of responsibility and obligation.

The kind of work that best suits him requires patience, devotion and adaptability. He is proficient at alleviating the concerns of others. He has a tendency to play down the rules, particularly if they appear to oppose his values. His strength is an ability to let others work at their own pace coupled with an awareness of the unique contribution each person makes.

Point of View

Modus-Operandi

At work he is good at blending productivity with an interest in, and compassion for, the workforce. If he experiences what he believes is disloyalty his hurt is reflected in an outward rigidity which instils in him a refusal to forgive or forget. When a decision has to be made, he will appear to go along, but inwardly will be reviewing the various choices. He brings harmony and goodwill to any situation in which he finds himself. When his loyalties and values are threatened, he can become very stubborn, rigid and demanding. In conflict, he will listen to all sides before forming a conclusion and supporting a particular view. He is a procedure-oriented organiser who plans well along channels that are ably directed by an appreciative manager. He is gentle, sympathetic, tactful and supportive of friends and colleagues. He is not usually prepared to commit to high-risk decisions.

He has a tendency to separate out the different components of his life, wanting predictability and preferring to know various options in advance. He is usually aware of the need to comply with the established view. He will support those he considers as friends but can feel rather pressured if made to act against what he considers as his better judgement. He tends to make sound future decisions only after deeper reflection. His quiet demeanour often allows his to get agreement to his alternative solutions. It is in gaining other’s acceptance of his ideas that he provides quality leadership, he has a strong sense of duty and takes his work seriously. He will work with great resilience and diligence towards a common goal, although achieving it may take some tome. Take your time getting to know him if you want critical feedback.
